In-Person Fellowship
As a Pathways to Equity Fellow, you will gain:

We will accomplish this through:

Workshops from local subject matter experts and national industry leaders

Funds to implement community-based projects

Your commitment of 2-4 hours a week to build relationships with community partners

Peer to peer support and learning
-
Leadership from mentors and ongoing support
Workshop topics include:
Building our Community, Language setting, Empathy techniques, Allyship, Community Agreements, Self-Reflective Practices, Trauma-Informed Design, Historical Context, Understanding Organizational Capacity, Community Organizing and Power Dynamics, Engagement Strategies, Community Partner Presentations, Team Building and Collaboration, Metrics and Evaluation.
Cost
Your Firm Paying?
Sliding scale from $2,000 - $4,000 and receive recognition on all materials
Paying as an Individual?
Sliding scale from $450 - $1000. In kind contributions will also be considered.
*We acknowledge that we live on and benefit from Ohlone land. A portion of tuition will be contributed to the Sogorea Te' Land Trust.
What we ask of our fellows:

To devote up to 20 hours of workday time over the duration of the 6 months with the additional time being on nights and weekends.
